We returned to our roots and now offer southern-style cuisine with a spark of Louisville flare. Our menu was created by our Executive Chef, Caitlin Cartner of Winston-Salem, North Carolina, and our local up-and-coming Sous Chef Micha “Rue” Bishop. Their menu focuses on Southern technique and preparation, perfectly incorporating Louisville’s unique taste. There is something for everyone on our new exciting menu.
